CEO, Gridiron Football
Battle has been very focused on tackle and 7 on 7 football, with this partnership marking their strategic approach to entering the flag football market. “Many of us are football parents ourselves, so we have an understanding of what it’s like to be out there, which is essential to creating a game day experience that people will want to come back out to,” said Battle CEO Chris Circo. “All of our events and everything we put on are about giving kids the best experience possible in football. We believe strongly in what we put our name on, and are aligned with Gridiron Football in that effort.”
This is the first ever Battle5 tournament, a National Flag Football tournament with the hype and energy of Battle7. Flag football teams from across the nation are invited to compete in a high energy, high competition event that is designed to exceed expectations.
Battle5 will be held in the Dallas Texas area on the weekend of July 23 – 24.
Introducing Battle Flag Leagues
Battle Flag leagues will be available in select locations in Fall of 2022. 8 – 10 leagues will pilot this league play experience focused on providing an elevated experience for players and coaches. These leagues will be bigger and better than ever before with more swag and bigger awards for league champions.
Working together on an elevated football experience
Battle pays meticulous attention to detail as a brand and on their game day. True to Gridiron and Battle, Chris noted that, “Our customers are kids, and at the end of the day we want those kids to connect with the vision and standards that we execute on as a team.”
Battle created their own tackle and 7on7 event experiences because they are committed to excellence and providing a consistent, customer-oriented experience. Gridiron Football and Battle share that vision and are committed to elevating the flag football experience for tournament and league play.
